In my headcannon, this was listed among Applejack’s sins in the Trial of Truth. The fact she lied, proving a hypocrite. And many be utragede; many humans and aliens sickened his Applejack risked her own sibling. Many even accuse her of doing it on purlose, and some use it in propaganda for political manipulation.
