Perhaps you’re right, it could let us extend the background out a bit more without a stage. As for a second floor space, I’m not against the idea, I’m just concerned about how much of the upper-space that will eat into.

Flier-mains take heed: the Casino theme is the worst one for fliers from this year’s selections. All the others have wide open skyboxes for you to spread your wings in, but for this one airspace will be quite limited…especially if we include a balcony. XP
(And it would be cool if we had some drunk pony riding the chandelier like a swing)

Well, I vaguely before mentioned “contextual roles”, which would involve ponies being drawn in certain positions. I’m hoping the artist can provide assets that everyone can use-for example, a left and right facing chair vector that people can draw their ponies sitting on if they want to sit at one of the bistro’s tables, or a felt-cushion tool for those who want to sit by one of the slot machines.

Contextual roles would be limited, but based on how many people want them, I’d see what I can negotiate with the artist. For example, if almost no-one wants their pony to be sitting at the bistro then we might shove that side of the background further out of shot to make more room for slots and tables.
