Like Acres said, the community here is pretty chill, we have not had many issues that required handing out vacations. The hardest part is probably when we encounter something that’s new and have to decide how to deal with it. In the first few months I was a mod we had constant discussions about how to handle issues that popped up and unlike other sites we actually spent time discussing how applying the rule in this way would effect other scenarios down the line. It’s not as common anymore to have days long debates on application of rules as we’ve already set our precedents but we still discuss nearly every report before acting or dismissing.

How do the ranking work? And you the do 3 get a medal color background/badge?

It just rates the top=scoring images by wilson score. There’s no prize for getting top spot, other than exposure.
