Is there really not going to be any policy change regarding all the AI art

See topic. It’s becoming an infestation lately, nearly the entire trending page is just AI generated crap all the time. There should be an exception added to the trending parameters so AI art is not shown there.

Just filter them. And I don’t think AI is a bad thing.

I personally dont like AI art but this is coming from someone in art school. I feel like my artistic future is in jeopardy, since I plan on doing this as a job for the rest of my life.

Sure, you are indeed in art school. However, blowing a gasket or sperging angrily at AI-produced art is for the most part an over-reaction. The most I’ll say is that at least there could be several restrictions on commercial use of it. Personal use is totally fine by me. It shouldn’t be snuffed out/banned for such stupid reasons just because some posh or vain illustrator screams “THEY TAKIN OUR JERBS FOREVER” in hysteria.
