Rule #3: This is just a generic looking character from something completely unrelated to MLP. This person also seems to be trying really hard to make it so these count as MLP for some reason by making their own Fandom page and articles about the characters using these images.
The person seems to be using his own name as the name of the Fandom they are a part of while also adding pages and official pictures of the main characters there as well. They all seem to be part of some fanfic with their own lore, full names, and descriptions.

Rule #3: Same problems as the previous picture here. This isn’t related to MLP in any way while just being tagged as being one of the background characters from the shows.
They made a whole info page on Fandom using this image as the image of that character as part of some fanfic that seems to be either self-named or named something else while their own name is the name of that Fandom page.

I still participate on Pixel Art communities, so I know how it feels when a newcomer just waddles in, then posts some really bad stuff and says “This is my pixel art. It’s crappy. Help me, please.”
And then he goes feral because we weren’t supposed to agree about it being crappy, we were supposed to say it was good or something, so he refuses to improve either because he can’t, or he can but refuses to, and instead stays around to bash, troll and criticrize other people’s stuff out of spite.

I don’t know. Some people shouldn’t even try to interact with others, simply because they can’t handle anything that is not a praise or a cuddle.
