You know what’s funniest about the collab? A bunch of shills on /mlp/ are whining and crying about needing to cover up the political quartet (or quintent? Does Fence Mender count as political?)’s cutie marks, spreading lies and FUD about “Aryanne being banned from collab”.  
First they whined that derpi included “correct” politics (e.g. literally bernie, not sure if it had any pride-flag but it’s nigh-guaranteed too) in the collab despite a rule against all politics… and now they’re whining that Pony refuses to include politics in the collab even though it’s “correct” politics!

Oh yeah. Been meaning to ask for days, now: I simply entered one of my previous pics. That cool?

Then you can use gimp, or Medibang/Firealpaca like the ones I mentioned before. These require a download.
 
Or, you can use sites like ImageResizer that let you pick which colors you want transparent. (I recommend making the background a color not used in the drawing itself. i.e. for a white pony with a blue mane, use a lime green bg.) But when using ImageResizer, make sure the slider is on at least 2. (It’s a little buggy)

so send it to me I’m making it transparent.

It sometimes depends on what program you use, Medibang, Firealpaca, MSpaint, Sai, etc.

Also volunteering to draw OCs for the collab if anyone needs them.
