Dreamy Daze can’t keep getting away with tickling anypony he likes. He needs to learn that ticklish actions have ticklish consequences, so into the stocks he goes, so that anyone that passes by has the opportunity to tease him.
Of course, Celestia didn’t want Dreamy to have all the fun, so she decides to join him in the stocks. There needs to be use for the other two holes, after all.
