Thank you for contacting Gameloft Customer Care. We understand your concern in regards to the social features of the game.
 
We would like to inform you of some changes to the social aspect of the game in the new version 2.3.0.
 
Due to legal purposes in your region, the social features have been completely removed from the game.
 
For this reason, you will not have access to any social networks, in-game friends and hearts.
 
Instead of other players, you will see friends (ponies) that were generated by our development team.  
You will still keep receiving chests from them.
 
Please note that hearts as a type of currency will not be used any more.
