Just a silly little OBGYN OC I put together for shits ‘n’ giggles based on a conversation on Ponychan and another one on /mlp/.

Her name is Fallen Fruits, and she’s an anti-abortionist. Her special talent is performing anti-abortions, which she mainly uses to help reverse miscarriages, and cases in which a mare accidentally autoaborts.
