After spending a week on this picture, I have finally done it. I present to you the most detailed and highest quality piece of artwork I have ever made.
 
So who is this powerful mare? Well, that is Princess Celestia. Nightmare Celestia, or as I call her: Solar Flare.
 
Solar Flare is my depiction of a Nightmare Celestia, but portrays what I see fit as the best possible and most realistic depiction of a one thousand year banishment into the sun would be like. I assure you Celestia would not be the same after her banishment.
 
So in that banishment, Celestia managed to survive due to her powerful alicorn magic. Because of which, the powers of the sun itself were infused into her body during the painful transformation into Solar Flare.
