Material Properties Augmentation- this stand shoots out special crystal jewel encrusted arrowheads from any part of its body (mostly its fingers), if one of these heads hits a lifeless material (such as cloth or metal) then the very properties of that material can be manipulated, everything from molecular density to even the very color can be changed, however the time of which it can be altered varies on the amount of the material present and eventually it must return to its original form.  
Machine Like Precision- this stand has perfect accuracy, not only with its own arrowheads but with pretty much anything it gets its hands on.
