Solid Matter Negation- through the means of a strange pink bubblegum like foam the stand produces the user is able to pass through solid matter.  
Teleportation- using the same bubblegum foam the user is able to teleport to any location within eyesight or to a location where a “Pinkie Promise Marker” was set up (only three Markers can be set up at any given time).  
Rubber Armor- the stand’s body is virtually like rubber making its durability ridiculously high (but not indestructable).  
Bubblegum Poppers- the stand’s main means of attack are pink bubbles, when they pop unleash concussive kinetic energy.
