For a few days already, the Castle of Friendship had acquired a somewhat depressing aura.
 
In Ponyville nobody knew anything about what happened inside the castle, but the residents of such a beautiful building did. In that castle lived the royal guards of the princess of the night, along with two captains of the guard, and several princesses.
 
It had been almost a week since Luna, Twilight and Sunset had gone to see Doctor Horse. Almost a week since they had been given the wonderful and at the same time worrying news that they were going to have triplets.
 

 
…since a week ago, sobs were heard coming from the castle’s main library…
 
 
Near the main library, sobs and whispers were heard, especially because its doors were slightly open.
 
 
Inside the dark room it looked, thanks to the light coming from the corridor, one of the princesses. Twilight Sparkle, princess of friendship, was lying on a large cushion.All the sobs and whispers came from her, and it could be appreciated how she trembled slightly…
 
“I can’t… I can not do it…” Said the princess, trembling “It’s too much for me …”
 
More sobs were heard …
 
 
The alicorn covered her face with her hooves, her ears were down and her mane disheveled.
 
“I can’t with this pregnancy … it’s impossible… I’m not going to achieve it …” She said while the tears wet her face and the cushion “I love my babies… but I’m going to make it… it’s practically impossible for a mare to have triplets…” She continued with sadness.
 
 
This is and it was what Twilight thought since Doctor Horse gave her the news. All those words, she repeated them every day, again and again… that’s how she ended up in that state… inside that depression…She ate little, she no longer slept with her wives, she ‘locked’ herself in her library and refused to leave… everypony in that castle wanted to recover the Twilight that they knew… especially their wives, who were too worried about their pregnant wife.
 
The doors of the main bookstore opened a little more, and two ponies entered and stayed at the entrance of the room … looking sadly at the princess of friendship.
 
 
Luna and Sunset did not know what to do.
 
Both had tried everything during that week to see his smiling wife again, but nothing had worked.
 
 
“We have to do something” Luna said, drawing the attention of the red-and-yellow-haired alicorn.
 
“And what can we do?” Whispered Sunset.
 
Luna sat down, without taking her eyes off Twilight.
 
“We have to get her out of this depression …”
 
“B-But Luna …” Sunset’s eyes began to water “W-We’ve treated almost everything … I can not think of anything else …” She whispered at the end, dropping a tear “I feel so horrible… it’s a sense of awful impotence… we’re supposed to be her wives, we’re supposed to prevent these things from happening … we’re supposed to be the ones who have the power to make her smile again …” The tears fell without stopping, and Sunset dropped her wings.
 
“Sunset …” Luna also dropped her wings, while small tears formed in her eyes.
 
“What can we do that we have not tried before?” Said Sunset looking at her wife.
 
“It’s … it’s true that it’s our duty as her wives is to make Twilight happy… but in this case it’s quite complicated … we need outside help…” She replied.
 
“But Luna, her family will take time to arrive” Said Sunset “Her parents went to Crystal Empire, to visit Cadence, Flurry and Chrysalis … they told us they would be here over the weekend … Celestia will take awhile More to arrive since she is in Saddle Arabia … Tempest and Starlight left at the request of Twilight, after all their couples live far from Ponyville … and her brother and Shadow are already returning from their holidays .. “
 
“But…” Luna interrupted her “Spike and Rarity have returned from their vacation in Manehattan, Rainbow is enjoying her mini-vacation with Applejack at the farm, Pinkie Pie has just come back together with Cheese and Joe to have paid a visit to Pinkie’s parents, and Discord already allows Fluttershy to leave their home…” Luna gave a small laugh “That Discord is more overprotective than anyone I’ve known…”
 
“You… you think that would work?” Asked Sunset, slightly ceasing her crying.
 
“What better for Twilight than having the support of her friends? I think she needs them…” Luna stopped for a moment to look sadly at her wife again “All of them have distanced themselves a bit… well, I mean… all of them are waiting for their own foals… Applejack and Rainbow, Fluttershy and Discord, Rarity and Spike… and Pinkie and Cheese are making Joe a little crazy I’ve heard…” She gave a slight sad giggle, wishing, in a way, experience the same things that her other friends were going through in their pregnancies.
 
 
“O-Okay…” Said Sunset “Okay Luna, if you think that’s the best for Twilight, we’ll do it…” Sunset looked at his pregnant wife trembling and a few tears escaped her eyes.
 

 
“…don’t worry my dear Sun…” The princess of the moon murmured looking at her “I promise we’ll get Twilight out of this depression … I promise we’ll soon have our little colts in our hooves, and Twilight will be there, with us … and we’ll finally be a big happy family…”
