In my headcannon, she’s the first of her gang to face Daleks. First some Mark 4 ones hunting a pal (the gunmetal grey ones seen from Day of the Daleks to Remembrance of the Daleks). Then Mark 5 ones on the journey (The silver ones from Death to the Daleks). And mostly Mark 8 ones from the Time War including Supremes, Commanders, Assault Leaders, Elite Guard, Imperial Guard, Scientists, Pilots, Scouts, Beserkers, Special Weapons, Drillers, and the Time Strategist. And also Mark 3 ones (the silver ones best known from The Power of the Daleks) fighting the Early Cyber-Faction (the Cybermen from The Invasion). And Imperials (The white ones from Remembrance of the Daleks). Also she meets Dice, the title character of Dalek who Rose humanised, who leads humanized Daleks. And helps them to Fight Davros and his Daleks.
Fighting Daleks be a grand way to show her virtues. The righteous disgust on their motive being prejurdice. Her disgust with Davros, Dalek Emperors, Supremes, Commanders, Assault Leaders, and the Time for their puppeteering and their sadism. Remembering threshold remind her which she’d become if she gives to darker urges including revenge. And she and her World War 2 counterpart compare them to Nazis.
