Fluttershy is tired of Rarity’s constant peer pressure to show off her amazingly toned stomach all the time in her outfits. Luckily for her, she’s come up with a comeback! (sorta).
I feel like there’s hardly any artistic depictions of the “Rarity taking Fluttershy’s measurements” scenario as I’d imagine there’d be, specifically in the “waist” variety. Plus, I didn’t want to be redundant and just do another bust measuring pic. Midriffs are my specialty, so I decided to do a waist one instead.
Also, Fluttershy always seems super embarrassed when being measured by Rarity. I’d imagine it’d be a regular thing, right? I wanted to go for a slightly different attitude about her, to keep it fresh from the “Oh nyooo she’s measuring me in my skivvies uwu >///<”. Like, Flutters, it’s practically standard procedure. Plus she’s your close friend and not some rando.
At the same time tho, Rarity should probably keep some thoughts to herself, just for good, ahem, measure…
