apparently today is the 14th anniversary of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. i actually had no idea until like a few moments ago when a friend told me :sob: but hilariously enough i had just drawn these (the most popular mlp characters) due to some strange giddy compelling force, as if my body itself knew that today was a day for celebration and to pay my respects to MLP.

i’ve gotta say, i’m extremely thankful for MLP. it’s kept me alive (literally, via money), it’s helped me explore my creativity in ways i felt stifled by before, it keeps my brain working, and shown me limitless possibilities in this beautiful horse world that has been created. i honestly wasn’t prepared to express my gratitude for MLP because i didn’t realize it was the anniversary but i’m not even sure if i had the time (it’s 2 hours before it’s not the 10th anymore) that i could truly write down what it means to me. i don’t even know what my life would look like right now without it LOL.

so thank you MLP:FiM, here’s to many more years!! and thank you all for supporting me all this time! :>

as for Ditzy Doo and Vinyl Scratch headcanons… i quite like their canon designs, so they remain largely the same lol. Ditzy Doo is sister to Bulky Biceps, so any one who makes fun of her has to get through him first. Vinyl Scratch is mute and prefers to let music speak for her.
