cadence taking in shining armor’s whoopsie changeling baby and he throws a big fit about it (he’ll come around eventually <3)

i think he’d kinda struggle with Mimic in the beginning given he’s his biological son with a creature that posed as his now wife and manipulated him. and also they dont like changelings in general so that super sucks for him lol.

cadence in contrast loves the little grubby right off the bat because it’s her husband’s son and also he has no one because of what he is and it’s like season 2 so the changeling stigma is still pretty YIKERS amongst ponies. i think she’d just willingly offer up her love to the baby half-changeling hehe. :3 and the love metamorphosis solution discovered in the later seasons obviously hasnt happened yet.
