“Do ya, do ya, do ya, do ya wanna dance?…”
This was initially going to be a redraw of a frame from ‘I’m On a Yacht’, but after like two attempts not turning out quite to my liking, I was just like, “Screw It! New pose, new expression, new everything!”
‘I’m On a Yacht’ was a weird short. A lot of the frames in that thing seemed a little… idk, on the “intentionally hot” looking side (the bedroom eyes, that freaking foot shot, etc.). It all seemed a little out of character for someone like Fluttershy (or at least, what we expect of her).
I like to think she’s a character who really doesn’t have to try to be “hot”. And/or every time she does, it just ends up coming across as super adorable, which only adds to the attractiveness all the more.
That’s essentially what I tried to capture here; a facet of her trademark adorasexiness ^^.
Also, the “Cruise Party” outfit was just something I’ve been wanting to draw her in for a while, although I’ve taken a few liberties with it.
The neon lights in the background turned out nice as well, very pleased with how they came out!
