Original Description:

The third and final type of the magic cowbell: The milk cow bell. In addition to the effects of the other types, this bell finally transforms the subject into a fully mindless but euphoria-filled thrall that lives only to be milked. Exposure to this bell completely erases a pony’s mind, identity and even gender as well as their cutie mark. They become nothing more than good little obedient milk cow.

This series was originally posted to Quartz Poker’s now defunct tumblr and never made it over to derpibooru.
After being informed about this in the comments of >>296638 I decided to try and dig them up.
