Another in my series of turning the mane six into things opposite their themes/personalities! I’ve turned Fluttershy into a savage timberwolf, Rainbow dash into a slow snail, and Rarity into an ugly cow. And now, going off twilight’s intelligence and book learning skill, she get’s turned into something stupid that can’t remember anything for more than three seconds.
Twilight excitedly levitated the new spell book she had found in front of her as she prepared to cast the first spell. The little book was a bit strange, but seemed quite fascinating. It had been in her personal collection when she’d gone through it that morning, but she couldn’t seen to remember buying it or putting it on the shelf. Fortunately, the fist spell listed was a memory spell! She just had to form this one rune like that, and invoke a magical pisces’ array, aaand… done!

What had she been trying to do again?
Twilight shook her head, trying to jostle loose the faint fuzzy feeling that had started. … when had it started? She couldn’t remember how long it had been since… What had she been doing? …
Oh, right. She had been casting a spell. … What had the spell been about? She was having trouble recalling…
Twilight shook her head again. Or, she got the feeling it was “again.” Hadn’t she just done that? The motion made her dizzy, and she stumbled in the fetlock high water. …water? Since when had she been standing in water? … Where.. was she? How… had she… gotten here?
What had she just been doing again?
Her eyes felt puffy, and her horn was tingling. She thought there must be a reason. Something that she had just done.. but… She couldn’t… remember.
Twilight’s legs felt weak. Wobbly. She was sloshing around the belly deep water as she swayed from side to side. Her head felt thick and fuzzy. Her horn tingled, spreading a numb, creeping feeling throughout her skull. She tried to raise a hoof to her head to rub at her aching horn, but she could barely feel it.
Her horn felt… small. Smaller than it should be. At least, she thought it should be bigger than that. Her puffy eyes wouldn’t focus right, but her hoof looked odd. It seemed… flatter. wobblier. the color was off. Twilight squinted at it for a moment as water lapped up her neck and into her gills.
… What had she just been doing again?
… Something was wrong. Twilight was sure of it. There was something that had happened, or maybe was happening? Would happen? She… She wasn’t sure…

Twilight looked down at her limbs. Something seemed wrong with her tail. Her… legs? Her… tail? Were her legs merging into her tail?
… She had… legs.. right? … She couldn’t remember…

Twilight felt her face distort and stretch. her wings… her fins… her wings were merging into one dorsal fin… something was wrong… was something wrong?
Something was wrong. Twilight was sure something was wrong. She couldn’t remember… she couldn’t remember…
That was it. Wasn’t it? She couldn’t remember. remember… remember what? What had fish… what had Twifish… what had Twilight forgotten?
Twish’s eyes bulged as she strained to remember… to remember…
What had Fish-light been doing again?
She… it… she… had to… remember something. Something… what had she been trying to remember?
Tish had been trying to remember it’s name! It could remember that! It was… It was…
Fish couldn’t remember.
