Hey everyone,
Today, I’ve been in the weird spot of having literal tons of motivation and nowhere near enough time to do what I want with it.
FML, right? XD
Thus, despite me wanting to alter Avalanche’s design a bit further, (specifically to distance her from Smolder’s design a little more,) I ran out of time, and was left having to stop after only adding a twist to her horns.
For those of you who are fans of this character as she was, worry not - the modifications to her are going to be minor, and she will still look very much like herself. It will be more of a small series of tweaks than anything else.
After all, she is canonically (within my AU) almost a straight recolour of Smolder, being near enough the same size even if Avalanche is more than twice Smolder’s age. I just want there to be a few more minor differences apart from colour and an accessory.
Oh, and for the gentleman that messaged me privately regarding her yesterday, she speaks standard Equish with the equivalent of a Swedish accent. She is a good flier, and combines good overall speed and aerial agility- she is no Wonderbolt, but she would be considered to be equal to a skilled pegasus.
Also, Avalanche does indeed like to eat meat and is very food orientated - if not in the predatory sense anymore. Hint: If you want to befriend her quickly and make this smol bean smile, then make her crispy bacon sandwiches with salted butter on freshly made bread.
