Another MLP G5 oc of mine.

Cirrus Heart is a psychologists who specializes in helping ponies going through depression and eating disorders. Her main office is in Zephyr Heights but after the return of magic and reunification of the three tribes she’s started working with psychologists in Maretime Bay as well as helping extend mental health to Bridlewood. Cirrus is friends with Fancy Confetti and on some occasions will ask her to assist in lifting a patient’s spirts, though she does have to remind her not everything can be solved with balloons and candy.

Cirrus is stocky with some pudge around her belly and hind quarters. Her cutie mark represents her empathy and wiliness to listen to her clients and patients’ concerns. She currently has her mane and tail styled in dreadlocks though when she was a filly there were curlier and fluffier.
