Original Description:
After Surviving a mass corruption, and learning about the lost elements, Starlight and a few others boarded a fairy to take them to find them, only for the ferry to be taken over by pirates, forcing many of the passengers to abandon ship. For thirty-eight days, Starlight, Smolder, a changeling and her son, remained on the life boat, before by chance they came onto land, the land they were on their way to on the fairy. It was called Romiette Euro, and the part they were in was an island called Barndon. They were at first glad that they made it, but then they saw advertisements with a corrupted Sunburst announcing he will be making a public speaking at an auditorium on behalf of the Lunar Republic, and will feature what the billboard called the generational-prisoner. The group agreed to check this that night, curious about what the Lunar Republic believed.
Later that evening, they found the auditorium, entered, and took their seats. In a little while, Sunbust, dressed as a minister came out. He spoke with a flamboyant and charismatic attitude, praising Nightmare Moon for being pro egalitarianism, leveling up military standards, making everyone nocturnal, and for her odd choice of sense of humor. The ladder of which he quoted her, revealing that she called Twilight a misandrist, then he claimed that Celestia didn’t take too kindly to it and called her Celesti-Karen for taking offense to it. He then preached about how separating every-pony’s individuality, segregating them into gated-egalitarian-community, or teaching them military combat, were some of the only ways to protect the foals from bullies, and he said all of this in a mean-boy-bully tone.
Smolder and the changelings were horrified at what the corruption turned some of the Equestrians into, but Starlight felt disgusted. She saw what he was doing and some of his claims as hypocritical, particularly the bully part and where he trolled his fellow equestrians, being over critical in the no such respect to Celestia or the Mane Six. What worse was that, when it comes to egalitarianism, he was using some of the same techniques she was using to manipulate her former followers before Our Town. She also found the job opportunities at night he explained to be questionable. She didn’t even like the way the military combat was, finding it disrespectful. What really triggered her was when he revealed the generational-prisoner. A corrupted Blueblood and a couple of Nightmare guards brought up a covered up cube, then uncovered it, revealing that it was a cage with a chained up pony inside. Sunburst revealed that once what he saw as the traitors were captured, Nightmare plans on doing a generation life sentence, meaning just like the generational-prisoner, they would be imprisoned, and their families would forbidden from leaving the district, and if a prisoner dies, one of their family members would take their place.
Starlight snapped and yelled at Sunburst for allowing a punishment so cruel, that an innocent prisoner like the generational-prisoner should not be locked up for something one of his family members did, claiming that this was overreacting and over criticizing. He noticed her and the group, but his only response was, “It’s the traitors! Get them!” The group ended up being chased by Sunburst and everyone else in the auditorium. They ran as fast as they could out of the building as the group continued to chase them. How will they get out of this situation, and could they escape?
