“It’s common knowledge that hippogriffs can understand and communicate with birds. But Skystar unfortunately never learned how to do this. She was fairly young when the hippogriffs were forced into hiding, and was thus unable to learn this trait. Once they returned to the surface, Novo began to teach her daughter how to talk to birds. A large parrot might be too much for Sky to handle, but a cockatiel is perfect for her. At least it’s better than trying to talk to a shell.
Mother’s Day is here, so I figured a Novo drawing was in order. We need more motherly Novo images.”
