Polar SeaPonies also differ from their cousins in the north, as with their hippogriff forms. They are a bit bulkier as a way to keep themselves warm in the fridged waters they live in. They can tolorate warm waters as well, like some species of whales, though they do prefer their icy home.
Icy loves being in her SeaPony form, as it allows her to play with all the underwater fauna, especially the seals and whales. However, once the Ziphius arrived in the south pole, the hippogriffs stayed far away from the water, due to the beast’s aggressive nature. Sometimes Icy would sneak into the sea to explore, even visiting Glaciana, the home of the polar SeaPonies, and secondary home of the polar hippogriffs.”
