This was laying in unfinished state for what, five years I guess? Anyway, my take on how Rarity should look as a Ministry Mare in Fallout:Equestria.

Daily our beloved white unicorn wears quite an official look, with signature diamond pin and earrings. Her formal outerwear choice is ivory coat and bowler hat. But when she needs to get down and dirty (like when she and her operatives were hunting for Black Book in the zebra ghetto) - she wears leather-y warm light jacket and gaiters, with Indiana Jones-inspired hat.
