Months ago sikudhanii left a comment on that Blueblood x Pinkie drawing I did, talking about what their life would have been if these two stayed together.
 
I feel like Pinkie Pie wouldn’t be able to leave Ponyville and her friends for too long so after living together in Canterlot for some time Duke Blueblood would eventually move in with her back to Ponyville.  
Candy Cane would be a few years old already, Blueblood would take at least a year adjusting to the countryside life but with the help of Applejack his priorities and views changed a whole lot.  
He met her thanks to Pinkie and Candy who’s a good friend of Bright Pink, AJ’s son.  
Pinkie would feel at peace knowing Blueblood would support her no matter what.
 
Sadly things may not be as perfect as they seem…
