Arctic Zotl Commission  
Hey guys!! Been a while!  
Finished this piece earlier in the week, but only just got to post it.  
My commissions are closed, but SkylarRikuYT approached me with the possibility of drawing an arctic/snow ahuizotl character, and well… how could I say no? XD

The ahuizotl myth originates in the very warm mesoamerican region, so it was fun to try an redesign one to be able to live in colder climate. I shortened the length of her head and ears so she’d be less likely to lose body heat, gave her a longer mane and a neck ruff, and just thickened her fur all over. And I gave her a smilodon’s teeth to look more ice-agey.  
I like her quite a lot. I should design zotl’s more often. <3  
Anyway, I made a resolution to post at least one picture a month this year. I’m a bit late on this one, but I’m not going to be too rigid about it. Undue pressure will just make me go, “Ah, screw it!” and give up. The main goal is to just be more productive in general, so every bit is progress.
