I don’t think Cerulean dislikes Flurry, he’s just very, very bitter about her. She looks like their mother, she’s naturally gifted, she’s the heiress to the throne, she’s adored by the empire, she just seems better than him in his eyes. Flurry loves her baby brother, and is more confused as to why he seems so distant all the time.  
I try to keep designs simple in my next gen but… listen, they’re natural alicorns and the prince / princess of the Crystal Empire, I will go crazy if I wanna go crazy.  
And then get mad at myself later because I cannot redraw them perfectly ever again.
