RIP the bottom half of Lockhart’s body

Quick doodle because I love me my father-son duo, also pre-eyepatch Lockhart because ??????
I filled an entire A3 page in my big sketchbook with practices of pony anatomy, stylizing the legs. Working on how to draw more stylized front and hind legs and to get them to match better with the shoulders, I’ve been feeling like my artstyle for ponies have been getting too realistic lately, so I’m doing my best to practice that away. It’s going slow, but it’s getting somewhere at least. :>
Next up I’ll practice muscles. Things like where to place them and how they work. I know the basics, but some extra practice never hurts!
