A new-type robot pony built to counter any weather-related disaster anywhere in mekaquestria by using her ability to reach mach 10 speed with her 4 pivotable turbines and her powerful hurricane fan to move or dissolve even the largest tuft of clouds single-hoofingly.
 
Both the turbines and the fan are powered by an special amber fuel which after combustion, leaves out a strange rainbow heatless flame out of her exhaust pipes that make up her tail, the exhaust of the turbines is channeled to the pipes.  
When not flying she can use her turbines to hover slightly over the ground.

A prototype upgrade of the popular message robot that makes it even more sturdier than before, hence it’s new tortoise theme. This one was assigned to Rainbot dash to inform her about the areas where she must take action ASAP.
