“As mentioned before, Novo loves birds of all kinds. Even your average chicken. And since hippogriffs can understand and communicate with birds, she has pleasant conversations with them. What Novo didn’t take into account was Celestia’s alektorophobia, the fear of chickens. If she sticks around any longer, she might just panic.
Why is Celie afraid of chickens? I like to think it’s because of a scary encounter with a cockatrice. But I’m sure Novo will help her get over her fear. Especially since chickens are pretty cute little creatures.”
