||When Sunset Shimmer graduated from Canterlot High, the entire world seemed open to her. She was smart, she was resourceful, she was redeemed. It was high time for her to make her mark…and make the world a better place.
 
Of course, entering a world from another dimension, with no social identification, no background, no family, and only the word of six overspecialized barely into college girls, meant that her options were nowhere near that expansive. No, it only meant that each job she applied for asked more and more questions before rejecting her, that the state came knocking on her door more frequently, that her landlord asked for money more harshly every month.
 
In time, Sunset came to realize that there was no place for her in civilized society. She was running out of money fast, and she was too ashamed to go to her friends for help. Her skills and talents were of no use now…but she did have something she could use.
 
The stench of cigars and cheap bourbon overtook her as he pulled her into a kiss, gripping her chin with one hand as he pulled her panties into her ass with the other, shitty club rap thumping in the room across from them. She was very careful not to stop grinding on his potbellied crotch, or run her hands through his fake hair. She’d learned that his temper was not something to trifle with long ago.
 
His name was Zeb. He’d spent years in Canterlot’s underground entertainment circuit, bilking talented musicians and artists out of money before feeding them to the proverbial meat grinder to finance fresh new talent he could exploit. When Sunset had approached him, looking for the only work she could do with no questions asked, he’d figured her out almost immediately. He declined her, over and over, until eventually asking what she was willing to do to get the job. As it turned out…she was willing to do anything.
 
She’d spent the past six months as Zeb’s personal bedwarmer and star dancer. It was a simple arrangement: Sunset would dance in his nightclub throughout the week during the evening, and fuck Zeb into the wee hours of the morning. In exchange, she got just enough money to not be on the streets, and Sundays off to spend with her friends, whom Zeb seemed to want to get in on this as well.
 
It was a wretched arrangement…but it was all she could do.
 
Zeb grunted, and Sunset could feel his thin slacks beginning to grow damp. She hid her disgust as she slid off of him.
 
“You’d better clean this mess when you get back, sugar tits,” he growled with that ugly shit-eating grin, slapping Sunset on the ass as he turned her around to the entrance ramp. Sunset cringed as he lead her down, motioning towards the packed crowd. They sounded a lot rowdier than usual tonight.
 
“Better not let them get too close tonight, they look pissed,” he grinned. “And focus on the VIP section…I promised Erebus he could have a go later.”
 
Sunset saw the old, grizzled thug in the crowd and shuddered. She knew where tonight was going. Where she was going…who knew.
