Pipp only kind of had a song.

To be fair, she may have the best intro and most stuff established about her in the movie, outside of Sunny. Think about all we learned out of her compared to Pipp? The scene in which she showed the old station established motivation; her seeing that there was indeed a point when the races were friends. Having a introspective side; I imagine in part from being the heir to the the thrown, and strongly hinted at intelligence:

What does Pipp have? She was the weakest character and had the least motivation and only surface level traits established. Let Pipp have her song! It’s one of the only things she has… _{and I didn’t like it}

You’re already the heir to the throne, don’t get greedy.
