Fourth Halloween drawing! Costume showcase #1!  
 
 
This one is the first drawing in the lineup and the fourth one I finished. I absolutely loved My Little Pony: A New Generation, and I wanted make some art for it. Considering spooky month was just around the corner, I had the perfect idea. Put the Mane Five in costumes! Each costume was something I thought would fit them.

Sunny Starscout: Explorer  
 
This was a bit of a hard one for me. Considering what Sunny’s goal is in the movie, I was having a hard time deciding her costume. But as I thought back to her keeping her father’s journal and going on journeys to faraway lands with her friends made me think of one thing: an explorer! The more I thought about it, the more it made sense. Plus, I’m sure she’d want to explore other places in Equestria. Who knows? Maybe she’ll even rediscover the other creatures and help them get along with ponies again.  
 
Izzy Moonbow: Butterfly  
Izzy seems to have a strange fascination with following butterflies around. That and she looks cute in a butterfly costume.Love The specific butterfly she’s dressed as is a Common Blue Butterfly. From the closeups I’ve seen of them, they look pretty fluffy (which is why I gave Izzy a fluffy boa) and the blue fits her so well. I wish the orange shading didn’t hide this, but her antennae and boa are made of holographic material.  
 
Y’know, if you look closely, Izzy is the one lighting up the pumpkins.  
 
Hitch Trailblazer: Cowboy  
 
The costume was Zipp’s idea. The whole thing with him being a sheriff made her think of cowboys and she couldn’t help buying the costume for him. A plus would be he still gets to wear his badge. To be fair, he kinda likes it, but at the same time he thinks it’s a little demeaning.  
 
Pipp Petals: Evie (Descendants)  
 
Obvious Descendants reference is obvious. I mean, it was inevitable. Finding out Sofia Carson voices Pipp would have immediately had fans of both franchises flocking to draw an outfit swap. Despite this, I will not deny that I drew it poorly. I’m not good with detailed outfits like that. Either way, Pipp might think it’s stylish.  
 
Zipp Storm: Wonderbolt  
 
This one was kinda decided on an observation I made while watching the movie. When Zipp shows Sunny and Izzy the balloon station, she looks up at a poster of the Wonderbolts hanging on the wall. I figured if the Wonderbolts made a comeback at some point in the series, she’d want to try out. (Of course, I think Haven would have her own problems with it, but it’d be interesting!)
