Context: Indonesians are using Facebook’s memorial feature to take down people’s account by spamming condolences message, RIPs, prayers, etc that will trigger the memorial bot and automaticaly locked and kill the account. Usually the hit began after baiting arguments about anime, jokes, etc nothing too series. Called cowboys because like those rogue gunslinger in western movie, they’re taking people down. Flower is because facebook will put a flower in your profile to mark the account to be a memorial one, hence the repeated threat “Would you like flower in your account?”
