Woops I forgot to give her a magic glow. oh well  
I’ve been needing to make a reference for her for ages. she’s needed an update to her design for aaaages.  
This is one of my oldest OCs from before I even drew ponies.  
She’s a hypnotherapost that lives in ponyville and is very good at what she does.  
Make no mistake though, she’s a professional, and doesn’t often use her abilities for mischief. Unless you’re a friend.  
Her younger sister is much less noble with her abilities, but maybe I’ll talk more about her later.
 
I’ve been trying to update spiralhoof’s design for ages. It was real hard making her mane make sense while still having it feel like her. but I guess I stopped resisting it and trying to make it exactly the same and just drew it how I’d normally draw manes and it came out well.  
So yay!
 
Oh, this might not be clear from the reference, but her horn is slightly curved.
