Wetting herself, she could handle. But when Rarity needed to poop, she stubbornly continued to hold it until she ended up soiling her shorts. It was very unpleasant and she decided to go behind the bushes from now on.
 
Sorry for the text sort of blending in with the background, I had a hard time getting it to not be too camouflaged against the trees or her hair.
