Generation 4 is now ten years old.
 
This franchise changed our lives for the better in many ways. But the most important of all: it gave us hope.
 
And hope is the greatest weapon of all. It reminds me not to let any bully talk us down. It get us up when life knocks us down. It reminds us how wonderful life is, how lucky we are to have friends and family that support us.
 
I often get replies like “it’s too late”…it’s NEVER too late. This franchise taught us that. No matter how hard life hit us, no matter how many bullies or diseases come our way, hope springs eternal. It is never too late to have hope.
 
And yeah, I’m saying “Generation 4” and “franchise”. I think Equestria Girls is just as worthy as Friendship is Magic. The message of hope is just as strong in Equestria Girls. It has as much passion and effort, and it gave us a wonderful character in Sunset Shimmer.
