Here it is, the last piece I post for this year and the very FIRST piece I post for the MLP Fandom! More specifically, the Capperity Fandom; yes, I have fallen for this ship and I have fallen HARD. Don’t judge me! XD
 
Before any of you want to call me out on this, yes, I realize that my posting has been incredibly lax, practically dead this year and, for those few who actually LIKE what I post, I cannot apologize enough. A lot of hurdles have been thrust at me this year and creative blockage has been giving me headaches and the like like you woudn’t believe, leading to a lot of hard moments of scribbling and writing that only lead to pieces of crap which believe you and me are not pretty. I realize all that sounds pretty lame and I am sorry for rambling, but next year I promise to really step it up and get my posting rhythm back! For all those out there, you got my word on that.
 
Okay, for this piece, I, obviously, decided to base it off of Idina Menzel and Michael Bublé’s rendition of “Baby, It’s Cold Outside”. Honestly, I hardly ever pay this song any mind until I heard this and I can tell you that has become one of my favorite holiday songs ever! I thought that this song would suit both Rarity and Capper fairly well. Tabitha St. Germain’s and Taye Diggs’ voices are remarkably similar to Idina’s and Michael’s and their dynamic would be just as adorable to watch as it was in the original video. I had to through a number of references for drawing Capper and Rraity just as much but for a first time I think I did pretty good. I just wish I could’ve done better with Capper’s color, the hair and eyes was surprisingly easy it was finding the fur colors that was pain in the tail. Still doesn’t look right though, maybe next time I’ll just go black and white . . .
 
So, enough with my babbling on, here’s my piece, fav it or not, comment or not the choice is yours and yours alone. It’s still greatly appreciated all the same!
