I decided to make 2 Vectors of my OC’s; Blackout and Racket

Name: Blackout Pulse
Special Talent: Using Baseball to control and break apart storm clouds (She can also just punch them apart and enjoys Baseball as a hobby)
Other Talents: Martial arts and Military Training
Weaknesses: Water, Gunpowder, Anything that can explode, Absorbing too much Electricity, Her sister

Fun Fact: Whilst Exploring a thick overgrown swamp with Copper Compass, she tripped over a rock whilst arguing with him and fell into a patch of evolved poison joke. Although the effects didn’t affect her instantly, the poison seeped into her bloodstream and slowly started changing her body. After about a week She started getting electrical shocks whenever she touched water, and certain things would explode or overheat when she touched them. Over time the effects got worse but she learned how to control them and use them to her advantage, being able to flow electricity through her body and use it to power up mechanical objects or drain the electricity from them instead

TLDR: She got poisoned by poison joke and got electrical superpowers
