Limestone Pie shoved a literal mine cart forwards, watching the huge creature before her wolf down the gems and crystals it held.
It had been a crazy few weeks, after Holder’s Boulder split open out of nowhere and a giant dragon emerged. It was definitely the last thing Limestone had expected, or wanted to happen. Because of that dragon, she was weeks behind on her work. But as big as she was, the dragon was just a baby. A baby who needed a mother, which was why she had imprinted on Limestone so quickly. She had a responsibility towards her.
The dragon licked the sparkles from her lips and looked back up at Limestone, her large tail wagging. Almost like an overgrown puppy.
”Mama!”
She was lucky she was so cute.
Limestone chuckled and sat down by the dragon’s head, hugging her snout and stroking her as best she could. “That’s right, Fire Opal. I’m your Mama.”
