Sorry if this came out bad… I’m not very happy today… I had a pretty bad nightmare last night and everything after that has been stressful and overwhelming and I’m just not doing good right now…

I tried listening to music earlier to maybe make me feel better but apparently I guess listening to some songs only makes me feel more depressed…
