i’ve been wanting to draw Queen Galaxia for God knows how long but before then, i’ve been wondering how to do the fading colours on her legs & mane. it’s quite tricky to do as a traditional artist like myself whereas a lot of pics of her are done digitally but i thought i’d do what i do when it came to that in my own way & just make do with how it turns out later.
 
personally, i don’t think it looks too bad. i could do with a bit more practice but that’ll be in my own time. i may not fully capture the digital style of the fading colours because i hand draw these things but unless i were absolutely desperate, i would. but for now, i’ comfortable with this.
