A neat magic circle thingy, done in the style of SierraEX. His arcane circles from back in the day still make for excellent wallpapers. I really like how he manages to make them perfectly balanced, despite the asymetry in many of the designs.
 
In the center is the cutie mark of Fallen Star, a pegasus whose special talent is magic and a character from Sharaloth’s incredible fanfic, Harmony Theory. It’s a different interpretation than what I’ve used in the past for that character. I was rereading an old chapter, and she says her talent glyph is a prime magic circle, “Seven points, seven lines, seven places, seven paths.” My old design had more than seven lines, and I’m a stickler for technical accuracy. :P
