MORE DEVELOPMENT FOR EVERYBODY’S FAVE
 
Kygo doesn’t actually have much of a sad backstory tbh, he was raised by his mom and dad and his half sister, Sapphire. they have a loving home and he grew up to be very happy and because of his connections with the princesses and the mane 5, he was never seen as a bad thing.
 
Kygo only feels this way in the dialogue because he noticed many ponies started saying his was much like his father, at first it was a compliment, but after a while he got a bit annoyed and once he was able to spend some time with his aunt Twilight, he decided to ask her why they seem so similar.
 
Kygo isn’t insecure of whatever, honestly, he’s just jealous he can’t eat gems. (LITERALLY, THE ONLY REASON.) mostly because his teeth are very sensitive with gems and can very easily get a cavity by eating a small gem.
 
This was honestly supposed to be more for Kygo and Twilight to have a conversation about her pregnacy and how she feels being her 3rd kid and all, but my hand slipped and did this instead. lol sorry if it doesn’t make sense.
 
oh btw Kygo and Twilight are very close. Twilight is a legal guardian to Kygo, so if anything were to happen to Rarity and Spike, Twilight has all the rights to take him in.
