This little animation gives an all round view of a little clay figure of Windseeker, a good friend’s and fellow pen and paper role play gamer’s character, which I made for said friends birthday. The character Windseeker joined our characters’ group under somewhat strange circumstances in the town of Vanhoover. He is a pegasus healer, who doesn’t like flying and who holds some occasionally peculiar views on many things. As a child he lost his parents to Discord who brought them “somewhere” but nopony has a clue where that “somewhere” might be and Discord was turned to stone by Celestia and Luna without having returned Windseeker’s parents. So Windseeker was raised by unicorns and identifies himself as a unicorn rather than a pegasus. So strange were these circumstances under which we met that it even looked like the organization of our antagonists might have planted him as an agent in our group. This at least was what my own character, Leafhelm (also a pegasus), suspected when our first meeting went really off on the wrong hoof and when Windseeker tried to secretly sneak some calmatives into our tea while we were having an argument. Further events have proved Windseeker is on the good side and we faced a lot of calamity and peril together. Most members of our group have come to respect Windseeker all the while accepting that we may never fully understand him. The banter between Windseeker and Leafhelm has become a fixed part of our groups’ dynamic. While Windseeker has above average sized wings he tends to use them to swipe the floor rather than to fly (much to the horror of Leafhelm who loves flying). The figure is based on my friend’s description of his chracter.
