“Well… Okay, but I really do think you guys would get along.” Face on the Wall says frowning.
The mare goes through the door, and trails the two other ponies. It’s another spiral staircase, and as she sneaks behind them she hears a conversation.
“Can’t you just use those paintings? I mean they were pretty demonic lookin’ to me.” Haubrek says, his armor clanking along as he walks.
“No, we are specifically looking for demon summoning paraphernalia, or devilish contraptions and magicks. Anything else is just a reason to search harder.” Lucian says.
Lockepicke hears them go through a door atop the stairs, and peaking around the corner she sees it is shut, and that there is a placard beside it.
The mare walks up and knocks on it again.
“Hey again! The guys are in the other room workin’ on the puzzle, so you might want to give them a second.” Face on the Wall says.
She has to bide her time a bit, so she takes out the robe that she got from the closet downstairs and asks if Face on the Wall knows what sort of enchantment is on it.
“Oh, I’m not sure! Master had all sorts of robes. Some for protection, some for flight… He even made one that poisons you if you put it on! I’m… Not sure what he could have needed something like that for, but Master knows best!” Face on the Wall says happily.
“Does your master always do creepy stuff like this?” Lockepicke says, replacing the possibly dangerous robe in her bag. Face on the Wall already disagreed with his master on the paintings, perhaps there is more?
“Hmm… Well I mean, some of the guests that would visit seemed to want to hurt a great deal of people.” Face on the Wall says frowning again, “But I’m sure it was nothing. I was probably just mishearing!”
What does Lockepicke do?
