Assuming this is some alternate universe where everypony has a thing for trying out strip club clothes and locales, Rainbow’s not the only who may or may not have a less “pure” side, But I imagine Twilight would be a little more nervous going into the situation. Blushing at her own look, adjusting to the discomfort of a thong, and asking whomever may be viewing if the pose she’s trying out looks attractive enough to achieve the desired reaction. Or so she’s read at least. Either way most ponies would agree her look is, in fact, sufficient.  
Any audience to her.. dancing might be initially put off by the lack of skill displayed, but let’s just say that after some direction from a more experienced dancer, and instructions to show herself from certain angles, Twilight would have more than a few ponies practically eating out of her hooves.
