6 months into her sentence and after seeing her mother cry, Twilight Sparkle begins to break down and frequently mutters to herself,
 
“it’s fine… everything is going to be fine… You’re still the Princess’s star pupil and your friends are waiting for you to come home… but why did the princess lock us in here? Over a damn letter!?! no… She wants to replace us and our friends are in on it too. Why else have our Ponyville friends not come to visit us!?! In fact they set us up so the Princess could imprison us for not writing a friendship letter. Well when we get out of this hole, we’ll give them all a friendship lesson they won’t forget!!!
